  Horrible location! First they had one girl on the line at lunch time pull people from the back to help with lunch rush and kudos to her for having a good attitude but the little Mexican lady cashier was being real rude and mean to her fellow employee! Hollering at her instead of helping! Then after the took temperature they removed condiments and was telling people they can’t get what they want! Where is the manager of this location! Needs to be fired immediately!

  Everytime I come here it’s always something not fully cooked. Just got a bowl & the pinto beans are very hard! & I know I wasn’t the only customer to say that. The cooks swear it’s on a timer & act like we are lying or something. Bad service.

  Their pinto beans were not fully cooked and were hard to bite down. I brought it up to the line cooks but they ignored me. Awful service

  I am writing regarding a very disappointing experience my family and I recently had at Chipotle. What makes this especially upsetting is that this was my daughter’s first time buying dinner for the family using money she earned from work herself. We came in excited and left frustrated and uncomfortable. There were 4 of us ordering. During my order, I noticed the employee making my burrito used what appeared to be the last tortilla wrap available, and the edges were badly torn and damaged. Instead of replacing it immediately, he still attempted to use it. I wanted to ask for a fresh tortilla, but the employee already had a negative attitude toward customers. The music inside the restaurant was extremely loud, making communication difficult. I had to repeat myself several times just to place a basic order. I also prefer extra sauce on my burrito, which made it harder to wrap properly. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee went to the back to grab more tortillas in the middle of making my food with visible frustration and attitude. During that time, several customers even walked out of the line. Thankfully, another female employee stepped in and wrapped the burrito kindly and professionally. The problems continued at the register. The cashier was rushing us through the order and repeatedly asking what everyone had in an impatient tone. I explained we had food for 4 people, but I was still waiting to see some of the extras and completed items. My wife had a coupon for double protein and free chips and guacamole, and my daughter ordered a quesadilla. The Hispanic boy incorrectly tried to say the quesadilla did not come with sides, even though she orders it regularly and receives them every time. He also attempted to charge extra for double meat even though we had the coupon applied. After arriving home, I realized we were also incorrectly charged for extra guacamole when only my daughter had guacamole included with her meal. Overall, the customer service and communication from the staff were poor. Team members need additional coaching on professionalism, patience, customer interaction, and speaking clearly to guests. Customers should not feel rushed, talked down to, or treated as if they are inconveniencing employees simply by placing an order. Everyone deserves respect, including members of the LGBT community and all paying customers who support your business. I spent over $55 during this visit, and unfortunately the experience was a negative 4 out of 10. As a Level 4 Google reviewer, I regularly leave honest feedback based on customer experience, and this visit fell far below expectations. I would appreciate a proper resolution for this situation, including: • A refund or store credit for the incorrect charges • Retraining/coaching for the staff involved regarding professionalism and customer service • A follow-up from management acknowledging these concerns I hope Chipotle takes this complaint seriously so future customers and families do not experience the same treatment.
