  Went through the drive thru and ended up getting cold fries and a watered down drink. Manager asked what the issue was, and was kind enough to drop new fries and grab me whole new drink. So sweet, and had no issues. Give Amber a raise, she's great!

  Terrible experience, chicken tenders burnt and black, but sent thru drive thru order. Go in and complain to be told, "I dont know why these keeps happening, some turn out okay and others burnt" Huh? So you knowingly know there is an issue, but sent mine out and others as well... She tells me a new bag was just opened now and I just dropped them... New batch is made and I still see them overcooked after fry cook tried to roll down the bag and have me just leave. I look at them and know the issue, oil needs to be changed. I didnt have time to wait to talk to manager, just finished grocery shopping and need to get home and feed my toddler. Hence the need for fast food - what a waste, $20 in the trash. I called customer service and I am told this location is a franchise and I have to wait 3 days for manager to call me. I will not be going to this location again, rude and unprofessional.

  Roof was leaking badly while we were there. Service was okay. Food was good.
