  Always get great service, and the smoothies are always amazing! I typically get the same items when I go but do enjoy trying new things. The peanut butter banana crunch flatbread is a 10/10 and the sunrise sunset smoothie is delicious! The guy who runs the store is kind, patient and very friendly. Never had a bad experience in all the times I’ve stopped in. I’ve gotten other friends and family loving the place just as much as myself! With being an extremely busy location service is always exceptional!

  There are two concerns that I have with this restaurant 1. They mixed up my order back in February and gave me a completely different wrap that I did not order. I complained about it. And they gave me a $10 gift card. Then in April I ordered two wraps and a smoothie and I only got the smoothie though a delivery through their app. Two wraps never came. They promised me a $15 gift card but then refused to send the gift card stating that they have already given me the $10 gift card back in February. Does that make any sense? LOL. I’ve never heard of any franchise being this cheap. Nonetheless I don’t even care about the gift card, but it goes to show lack of good customer care as well as lack of reliability and honesty. 2. The smoothie taste is very inconsistent. There are times it actually tastes good and there are other times, it tastes like shaved ice with flavored water and sugar. The wraps that I have gotten, well the times that they got the order right have tasted good.

  The prices on the menu don't match prices on the register. The employee rang me up incorrectly and then I pointed out the difference in menu price versus what was charged and gave me the difference but couldn't explain why there was a difference and didn't care to do anything about it.

  The worker who helped us, Brandon, was SO kind and so intentional. He had great recommendations and knew the menu so well. It was the greatest experience of my life.

  I’ve been a loyal consistent customer since the Muncie location opened & I can count on one hand how many times I’ve had good customer service and a good flavorful smoothie. Always short staffed, pay for add-ins that’s NEVER added to smoothie, staff always has an attitude.
