  It’s dirty and the service is horrible. They never acknowledge you and make you wait way longer than needed. I will NEVER return to this location

  I waited for almost 35 minutes before they took my order asked for it to be for here didn't get my son's chocolate milk or my 2 hash browns. I also asked asked for extra time on the English muffins so they would would get toasted for once and that didn't happen. When I went up to ask where my food was as after about 40 minutes it was in a bag sitting on a shelf. Now if I recall correctly if I ask for it to be for to be at the restaurant they bring the food to you correct me if I'm wrong! On top of that I had to prove to them that I ordered two hash browns and they didn't give me my son's chocolate milk or my large drink and I had to prove it to him the cause of receipt machine was not working and I did not give me a receipt. I used to come in here all the time and I've never had these problems before, the management seriously is terrible. I wish I had names I would definitely post them on here. They waisted an hour of my time with my son for breakfast!

  I don't leave many reviews, but when you walk into a building not expecting to recieve the service I did, I'm making this review in the parking lot. QUAN, RACHEL, The very very kind security woman in the lobby, all went above and beyond to assist me. I had over 9 drinks and several bags of food. Quran didn't hesitate to offer help even when it wasn't asked for. Rachel went above and beyond to help me get everything together. The Security Employee needs so much recognition!! Above and beyond, so kind and so sweet. This team really made my day and went above and beyond with their accommodations to me, never once did I ask for that. Thank you guys for being awesome. Give this team a round of applause, and a raise too!

  Im doordashing and they locked the lobby even though there is a sign saying they let doordashers into the building after closing. I received this order at 11:06 pm, the food was marked ready, however i had to sit in line until 11:55pm. The order included milkshakes theres no way the food is still good unfortunately. I called the store about this they wouldnt answer the phones either.

  THE ABSOLUTE WORST MCDONALD'S, PERIOD! Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere because all the quality of service and food is definitely not worth the price, time, or effort. Their lobby after 7pm is always disgusting, nobody cleans! All tables are always dirty, floors are always sticky with food scattered around, trashcans are overflowing, and I won't even dare to go into the bathroom. They also lie to customers about being closed. Went to pick up an order for Doordash. They said they were only doing Uber Eats orders. Told my customer, they said they called Doordash and they(McDonald's) reported themselves as closed. There needs to be a zero stars option because they don't even deserve a 1 star rating.
