  The workers at this place, even the manager, don’t know how to do mobile orders. Ordering inside & paying there is an okay experience but every time you have a mobile order they “can’t find it” when you come to pick it up. They will not make the order if they cannot find it so they will say for you to call their customer service number. I almost left to do that and then they suddenly found my order and had it ready, I feel bad their system is so screwed these workers can’t figure it out.

  This is the first Jimmy John's I have ever been to. It was is so fast, I actually freaked. That was before I even heard any of the commercials. Also, I love that I can ride my bike there in like 3 minutes from the CAP at BSU.
