  The workers at this place, even the manager, don’t know how to do mobile orders. Ordering inside & paying there is an okay experience but every time you have a mobile order they “can’t find it” when you come to pick it up. They will not make the order if they cannot find it so they will say for you to call their customer service number. I almost left to do that and then they suddenly found my order and had it ready, I feel bad their system is so screwed these workers can’t figure it out.

  Ordered the number 5 with hot peppers. There were literally 2 pathetically small peppers on the sandwich, along with only 2 onions, and it didn't have any oil or vinegar. This is by far the worst Jimmy John's I have ever been to.
