    That girl with the glasses and tattoos is ALWAYS there and remembers my order every time. She’s always so happy and bubbly! Great work and kind staff !!

    Please SOMEBODY explain why some people think they can talk to grown adults like children? I ordered online, got in line to pick up my order from the drive thru window (like it says to do online) and the drive thru worker says, "just make sure next time we're stopping with our person taking orders in line, okay?" ... BAHAHAHA, you have NO signage, you have ONE person for two lines, and an app that says to go to the actual window. This isn't a customer's disconnect, this is a company issue. Just make sure next time we're not talking to customers like infants, okay?

    Ordered a blended drink off of the secret menu sugar-free. As we pulled up to the window, tall guy with brown long curly hair and piercings was talking trash loudly in the window right in front of us about how he thinks it’s stupid people order frappes sugar free, and proceeded to give us our drinks acting like nothing happened. I’m a diabetic. I can’t have sugar! This was offensive and the worst experience I’ve had with the employees who are usually very nice.
