I love 7 brew and anyone that knows me knows 7 brew is my favorite place to go. I’ll choose to go there for a drink over food any day. I always bring them my business at least every other day and sometimes shamefully everyday. I get my coworkers to go and will gather up all the orders and will pick up for the office. Today I had 15 drinks, me all by myself! Give me ALL THE POINTS! However I did not have joy in my experience on Tillotson today. I’m sorry I spent over $100 for those drinks. Maybe I should have parked I don’t know but I watched as a server proceeded to pass out drinks to all the cars behind me and point at my car telling the other drivers one at a time how I probably had 15 drinks and that is why they must wait. I watched the last car in my mirror get irritated and move to the other line in hopes to get out faster only to probably be held up in the other lane cause I ended up getting my drinks. I was embarrassed that I had a large purchase and was the cause of people knowing I was at fault. I watched people speed up beside me at the light as if to get a glance at “that lady” who held us up. I could understood a simple “here’s your drink, sorry for your wait, we have a large order ahead” but I could literally read her lips and see her point at me. I also mentioned this to the person who served my drinks. It just was not a good experience today and the reason I typically visit the McGalliard location.

Staff is always super friendly and happy, helpful, and the service is fast. If you inquire about a certain drink, they always have the right answer! They are also complementary to the patrons!

Having promotions are great but think about the effects on other business near you. Customers blocking entrances to other businesses please remember that we need to work together and all be good neighbors not only to the business but the home owners in the neighborhood
