  It’s always an uncomfortable and awkward experience picking up orders here. The staff is not the most friendly, there’s always something sloppy with the food, and overall, I avoid this place as much as possible and just go to Plainfield. Food Example: ordered light mustard, received excessive amount but the place it was out on the sandwich made go all over the sides of the bread. It was not able to be eaten. Environment: The location of where chips are in the store is weird and tight. At the entrance, while people are hovering around where orders are picked up, at the same location area of where the cashier is. It’s very overstimulating if you’re there when it’s even lightly busy. The setup for seating is bad- do not try to come here if you have a stroller or small child. You will not be able to be comfortable while dealing with everyone crowding in the front. When it’s not busy, there’s so many of them working and trying to figure out who’s doing what that it’s just awkward. This is especially the case if you’re picking up an order and or eating in. It seems to take 3-4 people to figure out the status of an order when it’s not busy. Because there’s often a problem with the orders, it’s not worth doing a delivery or have someone else pick up something. It would likely end up covered with mustard beyond an amount that’s edible to anyone. I was really excited when this location opened, but now avoid it wherever I can.

  DO NOT COME HERE. We placed an online order and were forced to choose pickles as a side, even though we wanted chips. The system made it seem like pickles were included, but they were actually counted as the side, which caused us to overpay. When we called to request a partial refund, it was refused and the staff was very rude about it. Disappointing experience overall. Will not be returning.

  I was so excited to see a Jimmy John’s in mooresville. I love them! But was very disappointed in this location and will never go back unfortunately. They messed up my first order, made me pay for a second sandwich then there was a hair in my second sandwich. I just got up and left.

  My wife LOVES Jimmy Johns and was very excited to have one close by now in Mooresville. I do not like leaving this review but we have been very disappointed in the accuracy of our orders. So far 5 out of our 6 orders have been wrong. Please pay attention to your orders when making them. I would much rather my order run a few minutes behind instead of rushing through and delivering an incorrect order. We have had missing drinks, wrong drinks, removed items still on the sandwich, and our favorite is added onions when they aren't even included on the sandwich.
