  Destiny has this store handled she is working by herself and is very much on top of things..if I was her boss she would be manger at this establishment..kudos to this young lady..

  dont know what happened during opening and why it got review bombed. but ive ate here prolly 6-7 times now and its been perfect. every detail of the order was correct. The food every bit as good as the restaurants, and the PICK 6 has got to be the best deal ever thats kept me coming back.

  Lucee and Fairy absolutely blew my expectations, the place was very clean and organized and their customer service was excellent!! I will be back just for them! Put them in charge and give them a raise!!

  I placed a pickup order at 6:43pm; the e-mail stated it was supposed to be done at 7:10pm. I went to the store at 7:15pm to give them a little extra time. I then stood in the lobby for 25 more minutes to get my food. I didn’t open the bag and check the food in front of them like I guess I should have, so I got home to find that my 15 boneless wing ENTREE was missing. I could understand a sauce or even maybe a side, but a whole entree? I call, and the lady on the phone asks if I was missing 10 boneless wings. I correct her that it was supposed to be 15, and she says “did you just want a refund?” Uh, no…I want the food that I ordered? I drive back across town to pick it up, and a different lady hands me a bag and unenthusiastically says “sorry about that”. I take it and walk to my truck, but as I check it on the way (fool me twice, shame on me), I realize that not only is the box soggy, the wings are soggy and cold. I go BACK in again, and now I sternly tell the lady whom I can only assume I spoke with on the phone that the order is STILL wrong, but now I want it remade fresh. She didn’t say much, but obliged. The amount of time and gas I wasted dealing with this mismanaged mess of a restaurant, I could’ve have just gone to Plainfield like another negative reviewer suggested, and I heartily agree. I won’t be back to this one again.
