  Went to get an order to go front cashier asked manager Dustin if the shake machine was working her seemed highly annoyed and said machine was hit or miss. Then he said something to the kitchen guy he said o my god then he went and said something to him again then kitchen guy said what u want to send me home for saying o my god then Dustin started raising his voice with kitchen guy then kitchen guy said what u going to fire me after closing store early last night. Then he told him to leave and he walked out in lobby yelling into the kitchen causing a hostile work environment for all his employees and I asked him what was any different from what he was doing which kitchen guy wasnt screaming he was excited and voice got a little louder so on my way out I told the manager he was very unprofessional and I hope the kitchen guy doesn't get fired this manager may need some coaching

  Was less than thrilled with the service here yesterday night, used to be pretty good. Had a pickup order through the app, they were out of syrup for the shake that is their current special, tried to replace said Large shake with a medium fountain drink, didnt remove sauerkraut from my reuben as noted in the app. And the lady staffing the register clearly didnt care one bit about her job or customers.

  Always great service they're so kind. The food is always fresh too. I definitely recommend them and would try if you haven't.

  The new steak sandwich is the worst sandwich I've ever had. It looks like vomit, and the texture is repulsive. Mixing mystery cheese in with mystery meat, is a slimy mess, and nothing like a good steak cheese sandwich. I wouldn't feed it to my dog. People with taste buds, RUN! At least the service was good.
