Online order 9/24/26 1:55pm. I was nervous to try this store because of the not so good reviews/ratings, but glad I did! I made an online order with some modifications ( ex: sour cream on side, light guac, etc) and I actually got what I wanted! Iykyk lol. My portions are healthy and everything tastes fresh. Whoever made my bowl, you did a phenomenal job!!!! Also, When I came in to pick up my order, it was ready in the window at the estimated time & I was able to purchase something extra almost immediately when I got there. Whatever change happened after the other poor reviews, I hope stays, because I will deff come back if the food and service is like this! Great job!!!! :)

We came to return some catering items and redeem a coupon. When we entered there were a number of staff behind the counter. Nobody acknowledged that we were there and it was clear they had a large order that was being worked on. For about 5 minutes we stood there while staff spoke to each other passive aggressively, but continued to ignore us. Finally someone spoke to us to let us know it would be at least 20 minutes before anyone could serve us. We said it was just to return our catering items and they said nobody was available to help us.

I had such a wonderful experience at QDOBA! It was my first time there, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and considerate I needed a little extra rice and beans, and they were so thoughtful and accommodating about it. As a mom, little acts of kindness and understanding like that genuinely mean so much
The customer service really stood out to me they made me feel comfortable and taken care of instead of rushed. The food was great, but the kindness of the staff is what will make me come back. Thank you for making my first visit such a positive one 💕

I give a 3 this time I have had amazing food but last night Thursday the 27th i went in and they was so lazy to make new chicken the rice had a soap water taste and the cilantro had the weirdest taste sucks to coz that is one is my face places I've only had it a hand full of times and it was just the absolute worst what the other crazy part is when I was like yall can't cook anymore chicken he said not for like 30 more mins wth ain't that one of yalls main proteins he continues to tell me well beans have protein i should have a complete order remade for me with no questions I sure hope I didn't throw my receipt away
