There has been a couple of hiccups but nothing they couldn’t fix. I’ve come in during the morning and have seen staff crying and going into the back on multiple occasions. Or the morning staff talking bad about the night crew. I feel like they need to get it together

She charged us for guac despite the sign and employees stating that it was free and refused to give a refund. When we asked about it, she began yelling so loudly that the whole restaurant could hear. I’ve worked many customer service jobs as a manager and would never treat a customer like this…and I would recommend that anyone who does be fired immediately! Very, very unprofessional.
