I get that he's old and clearly shamelessly milking that for pity judging by his unprofessional garb saying he's the Panera Grandpa, but this is a business not a charity and I would like confident service instead of a clown act.

The sandwich was so soggy I had to eat it w a fork and it was overly fishy tasting (aka - not fresh), so only ate less then half of it 😝 The salad was about the size of a small side salad and had a minuscule amount of dressing on the side. I was expecting a meal sized salad - I paid $18.79 for it!!! My husband ate it but was still so hungry afterwards that we grilled some burgers! Panera you are not like I remember. We will never order from you again.
