  Brooke was our waitress, she only had 2 tables when we walked in. I took my mom out for mother's day, the waitress ignored us for almost 20 minutes telling another table her life story as we waited. Finally takes our order, no straws for drinks, personal preference but I hate drinking out of a cup at a restaurant. Finally get our food dont see her again, have to ask manager and the server who brought our food for more bread. Finally she comes ask me if I need a refill on my drink. 100 dollar bill for me my mom and step dad. I shouldn't of left her a tip, but a better insult was leaving her 1 dollar. I should of gave the server the tip. Go here for mother's day weekend and my mom's birthday as its her favorite restaurant, never had service like this and note again it was 3 pm when we got there so before dinner rush. Do better outback she's terrible

  Sad this was my favorite place and now I’ll never go back. My meal that used to be 50-60 bucks is now 111 dollars. The ranch recipe changed and that’s honestly the whole reason I loved Outback. In no world will I order a salad and want my mouth burning so dang back that my lips burn. I like spice. Not that much and not on a salad. That’s the first time I’ve ever handed a salad back especially at outback. And even after the complaint and them visually seeing me struggle to eat a dang salad. No discount nothing so me and my husband handed both our salads back couldn’t eat them but sure did pay for them. Service was great but no reason for us to go back

  We went for my sister's birthday on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't too busy. The fried food tasted like old oil and the server seemed really irritated and rushed us. We all remained very kind and still left a generous tip. For the cost of the food it should have tasted better. They forgot a lot of our items and the $15+ lobster was over cooked.

  Not impressed at all. Definitely have had much better steak and Bloomin Onion in other places. The food was ok except for no flavor. We stopped by on 4/10/26 at 5:00 PM definitely not crowded at all, we were immediately seated. Our appetizers were brought out, and we were still waiting on our drinks (water and a soda), had to flag down another member of the waitstaff just to get a beverage.

  Steak and Mac and cheese were to spicy to eat. Both times my steak came out, it was sent back for not being cooked right. The waitress Hannah was amazing. We had 7 of us and she rocked it!
