  We usually do not eat fast food, and are also not big eaters. We saw the $5.00 meal deals while out this evening, and decided to order on our way home. The staff were amazing and friendly. Our order was on point, and it was all in all a pleasant experience. The only gripe I have is with the mobile app, it took 4 times of trying to finally place our order. However, that is not the fault of the staff working tonight. We received hot, fresh food at a low price. As a long time restaurant General Manager, I urge the upper management of this location to give the staff working tonight (5/6/2026 10:00 pm) a shout out. They did an excellent job. Kudos.

  I went to this McDonalds today after having just came back from the hospital, not having eaten for 14 hours and all I wanted was a McFlurry. At the drive through, the girl taking our order was not paying attention and messing up my mother and I’s order multiple times until I had to practically had to lean over the drivers side and yell the order. We only ordered a Medium Coke and a mini Oreo McFlurry. When we went to the first window, her friends and her were laughing and barely paying attention to the line behind us. We picked up the order at the second window and they didn’t mix my flurry. When I asked them to do so they tried to gaslight me into saying they didn’t do that and when I called them out, the person gave a shrug of their shoulders and scoffed before complaining to the entire staff behind them, who started giggling at me. I went inside to ask them what was funny and there was only one person actually doing their job behind that counter and was helpful towards me. The manager I’m assuming was rude and kept saying that they’d handle it in a rude tone. At this point I was in tears because of stress and told them I had just got back from the hospital. I hope the girls giggling at me got fired for their absolutely awful customer service. I got no apology and the only compensation for this was another Flurry. Absolutely insane that this happened to me.

  The most incompetent team of workers all working off of the same brain TOWER clearly!! Charged me for an extra frappe after I confirmed I only wanted one. The little girl at the window was very unapologetic and careless, took the frappe back and thats it Huh EXCUSE ME ? then they only gave me 9 pcs in my 10pc nugget meal. My kid is the one who counted them not me meaning the adult that packed them could care less to do basic math skills. The customer service here was POOR quality and reflects the quality of food that McDonalds serves. If u dont like your job easy get a new one. Stop settling and leaking your unhappiness onto other people !!
