    At first the first time I came it was horrible they very rude honestly and it went really badly cuz my husband has big mouth but they were very rude so we left without get food etc however I go back myself a lot and have had good experiences so far not sure maybe some one was having bad day that day idk what happened that day but so far so good

    Tried to order online for your 5.99 special sandwiches, the Veto but it needed a promo code to complete the order. Called the Bittersweet store & asked the Mgr & he had no clue what the promo code was. I had to physically go to the store & order. You NEED to do better!!!

    First time buying from this location and we asked for our sandwiches toasted. They were not, we got all the way home and found out otherwise. One of our sandwiches were made incorrectly and lathered in mustard which we didn’t ask for, it went uneaten. Second thoughts on ordering from this location again.

    I ordered a sandwich through the app and it took me about 10 minutes to get to the location from when I placed the order. When I got there, there was no other vehicles in the drive thru. I sat at the speaker for about 5 minutes without being acknowledged, so I pulled up to the window and see four teenagers standing there talking to each other. After a minute or two, one of them looked at me and then turned away to continue talking. When one of them finally decided to open the window, it was blamed on their drive thru sensor not working. Super irritating knowing my food was sitting there done and there was literally no sense of urgency whatsoever.

    People were nice but come on, one slice of turkey for a $7 sandwich?? I’m pregnant and this is the smallest amount of meat on a sandwich I’ve ever seen. Craving let down for sure. Literally bread and avocado spread. Make me pay 1.20 more for Avacado and $2 for bacon and BARELY add any are you serious. I want a refund.
