  Easily the worst Dunkin' I’ve been to. Thought I’d give them a third chance to redeem themselves, but they blew it. I asked for a dozen donuts split into two 6-count boxes because they were going to separate places. Instead of just saying "sure," they told me they’d have to charge me extra for the second box. ​As someone who used to work at Dunkin', I know for a fact those boxes cost them next to nothing. It's incredibly cheap to nickel-and-dime a customer over a piece of cardboard. By their logic, if they ever ran out of dozen boxes, they'd be forcing everyone to pay extra just to get 12 donuts. Instead of just accommodating a simple request, they offered to put the other 6 donuts in a bag. What's the point of that? Absolute joke of a policy and terrible attitude.

  Managers will take your reusable keychain coupon and snap it in half. Coupon literally says can be used once a day (meaning more than once) but the manager will lie and say you can only use it once then break it and throw it away. Don't go here

  Manager / franchise owner is awful and judging by all the other negative reviews, it seems like the quality of his establishment is a reflection of that.

  Parking lot horrible, staff was fine but hard to understand. I just got donuts... it's in the name (or was). They are not fresh and they taste off. Taste like generic donuts from a vending machine.
