  I came to write a review but decided to read the reviews first. I am confused of why these employees are still employed when numerous customers are complaining of how badly they are being mistreated. Today I was talked over no matter how kind and calm I was the man talked over and closed the window before I could speak. Is this how Dunkin donuts cares to be represented? If so I will not be back I have never been treated so rudely and frankly it's disgusting that cooperate is ok and not taking action

  i stopped at this location to get a drink before i had to go to work. i ordered a cherry daydream refresher which is a drink i haven’t tried and when i was handed the drink i asked if it was supposed to have foam on top. the worker in the window looked at me like i was dumb and started talking to me like i was dumb and said “um no it’s a refresher… like a refresher” and i just said oh okay and he responded with “yeah just so you know next time”. i was confused because the menu definitely showed foam and when i looked it up there’s definitely foam in the drink.

  Very bad attention from the person in charge, apart from the fact that we bought 1 dozen doughnuts and they were all hard they were not fresh, when asking him to please change them, the only thing he did was tell us that he could not change them and that it was not his problem if they were hard or not.

  DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I honestly don’t understand how this store is still open. The customer service is terrible, employees was rude every time I visit. Last time, my drink was terrible and the milk wasn’t even mixed properly with the strawberry juice but they still give it to me. Today was even worse, they yelled at me when I was ordering. A man and a woman were shouting through the speaker, laughing and joking in a way that felt like they were mocking me in their language also looking at me with weird eyes .This place really needs to be inspected.
