- KKKMay 5, 20265.0This was our first time going to this location and it was great! The rice wasn't hard, which I've had this problem at every location, except this one. Was decently clean and friendly staff. Will probably make the drive to this one from now on.

- JCJulie CourchaineApr 1, 20261.0Staff was very unfriendly. Not rude but just not friendly . All the trays were low on all ingredients. They were out of cheese. That being said the last time I was there they didn't have any guacamole. They said their avocado delivery never arrived. (If I can't get Chipotles guacamole then what's the point.) When I got home my chicken was not cut up in pieces. I had to cut them myself. Food was cold. Not very good at all. This being a fairly new restaurant in the area, I believe it should be better organized. Employees that can communicate with customers. And all ingredients stocked. Get better management and I will come back. But for now you lost a customer.

I get to the checkout and the cashier cancels my payment to add a cost of a “side tortilla” to my total. I ask isn’t that a bit ridiculous to add a charge for an item you couldn’t even make in store today? He proceeds to laugh and throw his hands up.
