Great selection of fresh ingredients! We appreciated that it wasnt your standard drink options either, I want to say there was 5 or so different creative tea options. As first time customers, being unsure of the process, we would've loved to have been talked through it more. But it's simple enough to manage, even with the crowds 😊
All I can say is WOW! Had the chance to talk to Melissa the store manager after coming in and having some food and let me tell you, not only is the store SUPER clean , but the service was quick and attentive! Food was exactly how we wanted it and the atmosphere was energetic. After talking to the management I can see why! Melissa does a great job delivering an experience that drives you back in the doors! Good job CAVA AND TEAM!

Gave them the benefit of the doubt from visiting shortly after opening and they didnt have working AC. Felt bad enough for the employees working in that condition, everything else was moot. Visit today, no indication that their fryers are down. No signs until your order. No pita, no falafel. This place, owners and management, still doesn't have it together and it makes the ones that run smoothly look bad. Save your time, there will likely be something wrong. Oh, and no ice with the drinks.

Meranda & Makaila both made our first experience here as a family into lifetime customers! The atmosphere was clean upbeat and tasty options. The 2 girls gave us a full breakdown of everything in the entire menu. They really won us over.

I came into CAVA today (8/19) during lunchtime, and I have to say that this location could really benefit from better customer service, particularly from the employee working the toppings station today.
I ordered a kids’ meal with salmon, and when I was told that salmon wasn’t an option for that meal, I had absolutely no problem paying the upcharge. There was some back-and-forth between the manager and the employee handling the proteins, and eventually I simply said, “That’s fine, I can get the regular bowl.”
Unfortunately, the employee serving the toppings continued with a very unpleasant attitude and repeatedly told me that there would be an upcharge. I explained again, even though I was becoming frustrated, that I understood and was completely fine with paying the additional cost. I had been willing to pay it from the beginning.
I completely understand that everyone can have a bad day, but this interaction really did not need to become such a big issue. Even the customers behind me were commenting on how much of a discussion it had become.
That being said, I do want to give credit where it’s due, the cooks were incredibly kind and helpful. They were the ones who actually offered to help, asked if I wanted to change my order, and tried to make the situation easier.
Hopefully management can take this as an opportunity to improve the customer service for the toppings employee working today. A little patience and kindness can go a long way.
