  Our food was very excellent! The service was fast and nice, and the Alfredo was even better. Whenever we were taken care of by our server, Todd, it felt like we were right at home. If you ever need service, I would recommend Todd, he’s a great man! Overall five stars!

  We at here on Friday night with a party of six. The service was very good - timely and attentive without being intrusive. Our server, Peyton, did a fantastic job keeping our table well-stocked and checked in on us just the right amount, allowing us to enjoy plenty of conversation. We will definitely be back!

  I made a call ahead (because they don’t do reservations) for mother’s day on friday and when i arrived they didn’t have me down at all for the call ahead. i had to wait a while because it was mother’s day of course but once we were seated Toby was very attentive and lovely. the table behind us was also not the greatest bunch of people but despite that she did a great job staying positive and keeping her composure which i know can be difficult. thank you for your hard work toby!

  Went for lunch on 5/8/26 at 11:15. There was no waiter so hostess had to speak with manager. Hostess becomes our waiter. Bread and herb was brought out, Looked and hair was in the herb mix on the plate. Took to manager standing at the hostess desk. Manager stated “OH” and walked away. Never heard from her again. Had to ask about 10$ take home meal was not presented. Hostess did well refilling water and bringing out food. Over all Felt like less than mediocre experience for price and being the only ones there . Hair in food ruins ann appetite. Would have at least expected an apology or visit from the manager. Was a long wait for being the only people in the restaurant. Was there a good 75 minutes.

From the moment we sat down, she guided us through the menu with such care and expertise, making thoughtful recommendations that turned out to be absolutely perfect. Sophie was attentive at every single moment—always present without being intrusive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she explained everything with clarity and confidence, which made our experience feel effortless and enjoyable. What stood out the most was her demeanor: refined, kind, and genuinely warm. She treated us with such respect and professionalism, while also being incredibly sympathetic and welcoming. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency, elegance, and friendliness so naturally. Sophie truly elevated our entire dining experience, and she is a big reason why we will definitely be returning. Carrabba’s is lucky to have her—she represents the very best of hospitality.
