Rarely do I personally write reviews but Bonefish Grill has always had a personal place in my heart. I used to go there every Sunday for dinner, by myself just to "Enjoy the little things". I dont know if they have gotten new management or owners but its not the same.
1.) The wait staff used to be personable, and caring. Today we saw our waitress 3 times (drink order, food order, check) nothing in-between. A different staff member brought out each dish.
2.) The food used to come out with almost perfect curated timing. Today the food came out so quick, I got a few bites of salad before the appetizer showed up, took one bit of the appetizer and our food showed up. It just felt very rushed.
As a whole, inside, it felt returning to a place that once felt like home, but laying eyes on a Data Center standing in its place. I guess all good things do truly come to an end. All you can do is Try to Enjoy the Little Things.
