  It was 4pm on a Saturday, One car was in front of me already paid and was asked to pull forward. I pulled up they took my payment told me they couldn't give me a receipt. The cashier ask me to pull into a parking lot that was within her view. I had to pull back around the building to get to the parking lot and sat and waited. Eventually I saw another white car pull in. A girl came outside with food in her hand bag at the top open and proceeded to have a conversation and catch up with the people who were in the drive-thru in the white car. ( I remember thinking that's going to get cold if she doesn't deliver that food) Eventually she delivered it to the maroon car that was there when I got there. She went back to talk to her friends in the white car. The people in the maroon car got her attention apparently telling her they had the wrong order. She then took the order from them walked to another maroon car and tried to give it to them. Then she came over to my truck and said "here you go, You were hard to find" I thought how am I hard to find I'm exactly where you told me to park! I was practically speechless because I had just watched her deliver this food to someone else and then bring it to me after it had Left her custody. Looking in the bag sure enough the previous customer had opened up one of the sandwiches and shoved it back in there out of the wrapper. I'm not eating this! Furthermore if I can't trust them in my own eyesight to take care of the food how am I going to trust them to ask them to remake this? I just lost 18 dollars and some odd change I couldn't tell you the exact amount because again when I asked for a receipt I was told they didn't have any paper for the receipt.

  I do love me some Arby's... There was one person in line and one register open so I washed my hands twice, came back to line with same party still there. Waited five minutes, still waiting so I went to McDonald's.
