  This establishment has become the joke of Middlebury. We went inside to order tonight and the dining area was disgusting. The floors were sticky, straws and napkins everywhere, and there were maybe two or three tables clean enough to eat at. The manager on duty as well as the team members all had their earbuds in. The manager was taking orders for dine in and everyone could tell he was frustrated at the amount of business they were doing. He even threw a receipt at one of the guests that had finish ordering. You can tell that no one cares about the amount of money each guest pays for mediocre food and service. This starts from the owners and trickles down to the team members. Please don’t bother to give the generic response that is given on every bad review. It just proves that no one in this franchise cares about this community.

  Order my food pulled up to window paid and watch the employee make my two strawberry sundaes decided it was a good idea to lick his fingers and never washed his hands. The other employee who took my money decide as a good idea to take off his hat and itch his whole entire head without washing his hands then load the cone dispensary. While the other employee stood there and was on his phone the whole time I will not return to this location. Employees who exhibit these behaviors and handle customers food places public at risk.

  This was the rare DQ with a great wait staff. No dumb kids who don't care and have no idea what service means. Top shelf service from the minute I got there. Kudos to the management/ owners.
