  Well, where do I start. My wife and I had ordered online. Now when we did so, we were on our way already. So we knew that food wasn’t going to be down yet. There was an estimated time to pick up. During the wait in the car I decided to come in and check if it was done early. It wasn’t which was fine. The moment they knew we were waiting for it they started the food and we got it earlier than the estimated time which was awesome. Even though it was empty when went but customers started coming in the moment we arrived but they still finished our food early and allowed us to pick it up in the drive through. Then we got food online again today and I ordered everything I would order at chipotle and QDOBA made it better and it was cheaper! Thank you for the food and the service!

  I had placed an order for 2 bowls for me and my husband. Picked them up on Thursday the 20th before work. Called and the manager Rachel said I can't do anything except take your name. You have to wait until Monday and speak to the General manager. So I waited until Monday the 24th and called in. Guy on the phone who answered said what can we do to make this right. I said just remake the bowl's that'd be a solid gesture. He said okay started writing down what the bowls where. Then the GM NICOLE stepped in and got on the phone, said I will only remake one bowl since it's been 4 days and your lying about having 2 of them. Then to also say she wasn't there all weekend. Then my husband went in to pick them up and the lady Rachel had both bowl's being made. And the GM NICOLE said they are only allowed one bowl as I said. So then it got questioned of what will they do with other bowl that was already made said the GM Nicole will take it off then throw it in the trash. Perfectly good food that had just been prepared and now being thrown away because a petty GM NICOLE couldn't make the customer happy and want to come back. And then to have the food cold, absolutely cold. The meat, rice, black beans nothing even remotely warm. Very devastating to have a GM NICOLE be in charge when she won't even talk to the customer, just hides behind the wall in back knowing she has made a customer not want to come back. She wouldn't even acknowledge my husband picking it up. Definitely not GM material, to say well you called while I wasn't working. Okay that is not fault she chose not to work. I called because I wanted my right food. You need to find a better GM who is willing to speak with a customer. And not one who hides behind the wall. My husband saw the GM NICOLE standing right behind the wall after looking at him and not addressing him. No wonder there is no customer's with her as a GM, drive by all the time an empty parking lot.

  Very very small servings for the price you pay definitely dont recommend unless you on a diet or only can eat small portions

  My order was missing a few things. I ordered a shell and got a bowl, I ordered corn salsa, pico and mild salsa and only got corn salsa, I ordered pickled onions and fajita peppers and got none. This was my first time ever having Qdoba and I’m kinda disappointed.

  Avoid the “BOGO” offer! First of all, the portions were about half the usual size, and the service was terrible. The employee preparing my order seemed to be having a bad day (the white big girl). I noticed that the portions she gave other customers were much more generous than mine, apparently because I made the mistake of using the misleading “BOGO” promotion. I also didn’t realize that the salsa selected with the chips was salsa verde. I thought I was choosing salsa for the burrito. When I noticed the red salsa was missing, I politely asked the same employee who prepared my order, but she gave me a hard time. She said I would have to wait a minute, which was completely fine, but that minute turned into approximately 10–12 minutes. Had another employee not stepped in while she had no customers ordering in person, I might still have been waiting. It took the other employee only about 30 seconds to help me. I have ordered from Chipotle many times and usually receive very generous portions, regardless of whether there is a promotion. My mistake was not ordering from Chipotle instead!
