  staff is super unprofessional and rude. went in and they had nothing but issues with my online order and were talking down on me. after 5 minutes it went through or whatever after being talked down on. and then i get back to work and they’re missing items. everytime we order from this location something is missing a sandwich or all the hash browns. i dont think counting is that hard and id understand if it wasnt literally every single time i had placed an order. wont be buying from this location anymore and i work out here and frequently order from here. not anymore

  Very disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. I waited nearly 30 minutes for my order while the staff seemed more focused on chatting among themselves than helping customers. The service was slow, unprofessional, and lacked basic attention. I ordered the $5 meal deal along with an extra burger. The first time, one of the items was missing, but I didn't notice until after I had left. I returned, and the staff did not provide a proper response. I placed another order, and once again, an item was missing. Fortunately, I checked it right there at the counter, and they corrected it immediately. Having missing items twice in a row is unacceptable. Please double-check your order before leaving this location. Overall, the service was poor, the maintenance was lacking, and the overall experience was frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this branch.

  The crew is very loud and obnoxious the food was halfway decent but it was made sloppy

  Had me pull up to wait for order then came out with the wrong food and told me they gave my order to someone else and had to wait 20+ minutes for them to remake my order. Place was not extremely busy.

  My drink was made wrong I’d left already, had to go back. Mind you it’s busy I’m aware waited in line. I take my drink in I’m assuming the lady with long braids was in charge she spoke to her employees like customers couldn’t hear her being disrespectful and unprofessional. Back to my drink when the cashier told her about the drink she looked at me which such disgust. I ignored her smh. My drink was remade and still wrong when I got to my car. Again, I get it was extremely busy but you don’t have to be rude and unprofessional when the customers are the reason you’re getting a pay check. DO BETTER UNPROFESSIONAL WORKER we absolutely don’t have to spend money there
