- MSM S4 days ago1.0One of the employees has kids there that were running around our booth in circles. Then they would stop and scream at each other across our booth. Then keep running. Then scream and repeat. This was while we waited 20 minutes for icecream. I had to ask twice about the icecream and the first woman I tried asking (long hair with dreads) just turned her back on me and walked away before I finished speaking. Acted like I was a complete inconvenience. This was followed by getting a hamburger instead of a cheeseburger and also having to ask multiple employees to fix it. Another employee just stood at the counter holding a cigarette and didn't acknowledge us. We were all done with our meals by time it was corrected. We waited so long we almost just left. On top of this we were the only customers in there. Literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.
- NPNatiton Parker6 days ago2.0I’m really disappointed 😕 The store clearly says it’s open until midnight, but when I arrived at the drive thru around 9:30 PM, I was told they were only accepting online and DoorDash orders 🚗📱 This has already happened to me twice, so it doesn’t seem like a one-time issue. Customers should be informed in advance if the service changes before closing time ⏰ I honestly wonder if the branch manager or corporate office is even aware of this situation 🤔

We were told to pull up to the reserved spot in front of the lobby because they ran out of cones, but after waiting for 20 minutes 😩, we found out they had completely forgotten about us 😤. It was frustrating and disappointing, and definitely not the smooth experience we were hoping for 😔. Hoping they improve their service because the wait and confusion really put a damper on things ⚠️.
