To open up your sandwich and find hair on it is so disturbing and then I couldn’t get my money back because I ordered in the app.. I then called customer service just for them to keep me on hold for 15 mins and hang up on me.. Dunkin is a place I go daily to get coffee. Not anymore

The one on Franklin kept messing up my order on accident so I rerouted to this one and I go here every morning if I work a morning shift! All these people giving a ⭐️1 Star⭐️ are Karens⭐️ and making racist statements, 🚗 A lady said she literally 🚗 CUT 3 Cars 🚗 for an order pick up, ⬆️. Like has she not done it before u go up when it’s your turn and they give u it OR u go inside and pickup, and then on with your day. Easy, Right? So Simple. People are so entitled it’s just hilarious. 🍩 This Dunkin 🍩 is truly worth going to, and people saying “They were rushing me with my order” No they were not I say my order with a bit of add ins loud and clear and they get it first try every time and the coffee is always fantastic. Idk if it’s because Im a teenager, but adults are more entitled than anyone on this planet. And I work in Retail so I KNOW if the staff were being rude or rushing people or not. NOPE! they weren't!!! Peoples expectations for themselves need to come back to reality. Nit-picking everything about a really great place is just people being miserable with their life. My coffee is never made right on Franklin’s street and if you get a doughnut, they throw it face down so when it comes time to eat it, the frosting is stuck to the bag and your doughnut is naked. Staff is so condescending and rude. The owner is just as bad if not worse. BUT this location off of Michigan Blvd gave me a 10/10 experience and finally… a coffee that is made exactly how I ordered it! I am so satisfied with my experience. Although this location is a ways out of my way, I will continue to go here. Thank you for being kind to your customers, unlike the other location!
