  Officially done with this chic fil a. Every time I come in here the employees have a problem. First they completely miss my name on a mobile order and I have to sit and watch other cars pass me for 20 minutes even though I ordered ahead. Every time I go in or go through the drive thru the employees have an attitude. I don’t remember the last time I heard one of them say my pleasure. The last time I went to dine in, the employee working the register actually complained to me about having to work there. Today when I had the most simple order, a chicken sandwich meal with a frozen lemonade, everything about it was wrong. They gave me a regular lemonade, and didn’t even give me the fries. Then when I tried calling to get the issue resolved, I got lectured and they wanted me to give them all of my personal information before even asking what my problem was. I’m not sure why they’re letting people who don’t have reading comprehension above first grade work here. Train your employees to be respectful, and able to read the most basic order. Until then, I will not be returning and will take my money somewhere that will respect me and my order.

  Excellent experience at Chick-fil-A! The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone was smiling, which made the whole experience even better. The food was great, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the customer service was truly exceptional. This is exactly how every restaurant should treat its customers. Highly recommended!

  This was our first time at this location. Overall Value The overall value is very good—a decent-sized restaurant with booths or tables. The prices are very affordable, and the serving sizes are ample. The restaurant offers drive-through service, but I am not a drive-thru window user. *Cleanliness Chik Fil A is well-maintained, and the tables and floors are clean. Countertops, drink areas, trash receptacles. Restrooms are clean and monitored. *Hospitality Staff is engaged and friendly, and the table service is quick; they are helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. *Atmosphere I greatly enjoy the vibe here; the overhead music is not overbearing and loud. There is plenty of natural light and big windows. There is enough absorbent material that the noise level is low. *Food Quality Their menu selection is good. It tastes fresh, and comes right out of the kitchen. The menu has a little bit of everything: spicy, or traditional breakfast. *Speed of Service The servers checked with us often, ensuring everything was on par.

  This was the slowest chick fil a experience I have ever had and it wasn't that busy. They also forgot our mayo and the lemonade tastes funny. Almost like they took my request for "light ice" for light lemonade.
