  The food is really good. I ordered the chicken pesto flatbread and the buffalo chicken wrap. I enjoyed the mango smoothie.

  I placed my order about 20 minutes before arriving, expecting it to be ready for pickup. However, after getting to the store, I had to wait an additional 35-40 minutes. During that time, the store was not busy, and I repeatedly asked about my order but kept being told to wait. At one point, I overheard staff say the flatbread was ready, but then another employee had to go back and make it, which added even more time. There also seemed to be a lack of urgency, with staff engaging casually while orders were delayed. Overall, I waited nearly 40 minutes in-store after already ordering ahead, which defeats the purpose of using the app. I'm disappointed with both the wait time and the lack of communication. I'd appreciate an explanation and appropriate resolution.

  Staff is hard-working, pleasant, and are well trained in dealing with those challenging customers . They keep their professionalism . those girls actually deserve a tip. Keep spreading ABBA Energy!

  Today is 4/17. My husband and I sat and waited for 10 minutes to place an order- while waiting waiting, I could hear the employees talking but no one came to take my order. I then drove to the window where I had to wait another 5 or so minutes for them to come to the window . The service is horrible!
