  Everytime I come here they get my order wrong and it takes about 25 minutes in the drive through AND that’s the minimum . The first time I came here I came in and the cashier was on her phone and acted like i disturbed her. The 2nd time I came here I waited over 30 minutes for a soup it took about 10 minutes for her to understand my order … For my third time I placed a order online so the 10 minutes at the speaker wouldn’t happen. Well they couldn’t find my order . What a mess , might have to drive the extra minutes to Merrillville location . Crown point is a mess

  My mom was in the hospital so I thought I would surprise her with a salad from here because she likes them. However, they got my order entirely wrong, and the toppings that they did put on there were so minuscule and that's really sad...m especially Considering how much the cost of the salad is. I would definitely not recommend Panera to anybody! I literally got l two pecan slices and one tiny teaspoon of blue cheese and barely any chicken or apples (on an apple salad )and the extra toppings that I asked for were not on there. It was very disappointing because I wanted to cheer up my mom in the hospital but then she gets this mediocre salad with barely any ingredients that cost a lot of money. Don't go here!

  Always my go to place, fast and healthy options. But need to write where about coffee pots surrounding area and bathroom always very dirty, especially east towny madison area.

  I stopped by this Panera Bread in Merrillville to refresh ourselves after a long drive from Indianapolis back home to Aurora. It was the perfect place to take a break. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It gave us a chance to sit down, recharge, and enjoy a quick bite. The food was fresh, though a bit on the pricey side for the portion. Overall, a great stop if you need a comfortable place to rest during a long drive.
