  CAUTION.. PSA. THIS McyDs is by far the Worst and most Ignorant establishment to go too. Terrible customer service regardless of the Time or Day. The entire staff has no work ethic. Refusals to give refunds and or Your Purchased Items. Absolutely disgusting that they think they can Steal someone's money from a Purchase and deny refund. This is a recurring issue at this location on 61st & Broadway. Being Short Staff does not authorize the Disrespect and Negligence this establishment offers to customers. I can imagine the Owner is Unaware of this problem driving business away. Normally not big on reviews but this was warranted due to the continued circumstances the Private Owner allows their Employees to behave while on the clock. Secret shopper would rate this place very low.

  This location continues to provide horrible customer service while consistently getting orders wrong all while raising prices. $2 for a hash brown that was 2 for $1 not so long ago. Potatoes have not gone up 400%. 👎👎👎👎👎

  Este Lugar tiene un mal servicio de atención al cliente, hice una orden en la aplicación, y al llegar al restaurante no tenían todos los artículos disponibles, quise ordenar algo extra y me dijeron que no podían tomar mi orden que tenía que volver hacer una nueva Línea para volver a ordenar, el servicio era muy lento y la línea de espera fue bastante larga, el producto no disponible era un helado de cono que solo me podían dar una galletita, La comida estaban fría yo pedí unas papas con extra sal y me dijeron unas papas frías y sin sal se ve que tenían bastante rato que las habían hecho y por la líneas tan largas y la espera tan lentos la comida definitivamente no está fresca, muy mal servicio, Los empleados del turno de la noche son muy Lentos en atender por el Drive-thru se ve que no están capacitados para el trabajo, no tienen buena actitud con los clientes y además hacen un trabajo pésimo, muy mala experiencia, NO LOS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA, si de verdad tienes el tiempo para ir a comprar comida ve a otro Lugar por aquí vas a pasar un mal momento y puede que tu comida no te la hagan bien 😡

  Super slow drive through, not very responsive. I had to say something just to see if someone was even there instead of being greeted with a “Welcome to McDonald’s, may I take your order?”. I thought I would have to knock on the window just to see if anyone would be serving my food sometime today. Do not waste your time at this McDonald’s. Only reason I give 2 stars instead of one is because the food was acceptable in taste.
