  So I ordered online and went to pick up I said no type.of onions and I get home to eat a late dinner to find out there was onions and imagine that there closed now

  Great McDonald’s Friendly employees. Clean interior and restrooms. Good food. Conveniently located near Southlake mall and other major businesses. This Location can be busy at any given time since it’s near a lot of businesses but you still receive your order quick in less than 5 minutes at this location.

  Had to stop and make a review for this location. First off customer service is exceptional, from the staff on the line, drive thru, cashier, and staff restocking everyone looks happy to be working. Everyone has smiles on their face, the gentleman working the front had been super attentive and friendly with a number of customers that came in to order. The staff have been restocking, cleaning, their decorations are on point. It appears as though the staff care about the image of their location vs just doing what corporate tells them. The bathrooms are clean, the dinning area is clean, the time from my order to food in hand was great, it wasn't the normal where they bump the order before order is made to make the time look good, the time was just good. Highly recommend this location.
