    Why yr restroom is out of order, i been many times here for my sandwich, Their restroom is always our of order, I didn't understand they don't wanna clean it or they can't find plumber to fix it ?

    Worse food delivery experience I ever had. Put my name on the app for my order, when food arrived nothing had my name on it so it was impossible to tell what food belonged to who. All the drinks were different but were labeled. And all the lids had ‘diet’ pushed down even though only 1 of us got a diet drink. Just found another reason not to eat at this business.

    I absolutely love Jimmy John’s, but every time I visit this location I get more and more disappointed and upset with the employees. I always add extra stuff on my sandwich and EVERY TIME the employees seem to not follow directions. For example, my most recent visit was today. I ordered pickup added extra stuff like I always do, clicked that I wanted mayo packets, and extra on a few of the items thats already part of the sandwich. I figured since I ordered picked up there was no way they could get my order wrong since they had to actually read what I wanted, how dare I assume employees can do their jobs as they should. No mayo packets, nothing that I added, and no extra items. The employees spend more time talking amongst themselves to care enough to make the orders correctly. I’ll be finding a new location to frequent.

    My sandwich was dripping with way too much sauce and there was way too much lettuce and basically no meat.
