  Honestly i believe the best jerk chicken or even chicken around in general, it’s always so delicious i find myself craving it all the time and when i do get it it. definitely doesn’t last long😅 The jerk chicken and wings, mac n cheese, along with the candied yams are so yummy and i can’t wait to be back again.

  Never again! I can see why the score is below the bar. Walked in on Happy Hour for street tacos and walked out hungry. The food NEVER came out. After 40 minutes on what should have been an easy sale...they couldn't handle it. They don't even have real plates...why would the order take so long? Happy hour food should be hot and ready to go...on site. We ordered extra drinks to try and fill the time but couldn't tolerate the blatant incompetence. Where is Gordon Ramsay when you need him! We surrendered to pay for the drinks they HASSLED us over and left. The cashier was sweet but wasn't properly trained for her job. She had to call the owner to instruct her on how to manage the registrer. FYI...I didn't see one Jamaican in the kitchen cooking...anywho...never again!

  First time here. Ordered jerk chicken pasta, two 4 wings, yams, plantains and a jerk taco. The food was actually good, which is the main reason I’m giving Chicken Go 3 stars. Unfortunately, the customer service, wait time, and value left a LOT to be desired. I placed my order online and was given a pickup time of 6:28 PM. I arrived early, around 6:20–6:22 PM, and was told to have a seat in the waiting area. My order was finally called at 6:46 PM. Almost 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. When I went to the counter, I was then told that they were out of pasta for the jerk pasta I had ordered. My issue wasn’t simply that they ran out, because things happen. The problem was that I had been sitting there for more than 20 minutes, and no one bothered to tell me. Had someone informed me when I arrived or anytime during that wait, I could have selected something else and avoided an even longer delay. When I expressed this, the manager referenced a shift change and then commented that their DoorDash orders “be popping.” That response was a poor excuse. I had also placed and paid for an order, had been physically sitting in the restaurant waiting, and was already well past my promised pickup time. Referencing the volume of DoorDash orders made it seem as though those orders were taking priority rather than addressing why no one communicated with me about my unavailable item. When the employee tried to help me choose a replacement, the manager interrupted to ask what else I was ordering and how much it cost. At that point, the focus seemed to be more on the price of the replacement than on correcting the inconvenience caused by the restaurant. Thankfully, once we finally received the food and got home, it tasted good. However, I was also disappointed by the portion vs value of the wings. Four wings and a piece of bread cost $12.50, and the wings were extremely small...baby chick sized. Not what I would consider full-sized wings for that price. The piece of bread I received was also the torn-up end piece of the loaf. See photos. Again, the food tasted good, and that is why I’m giving 3 stars. But good food should be accompanied by reasonable communication, customer service, and value. If an item from a prepaid online order is unavailable, especially when the customer is sitting right there waiting, someone should communicate that promptly rather than leaving the customer waiting well beyond the promised pickup time.
