There weren't any chicken available, and had to wait on it including brown rice.. the warmers were messy and looked like it's definitely not wiped often. There's absolutely to much hair weave on the workers without hair nets.. Times has truly gotten relaxed in the restaurants lately.. They took forever to ring up my order.. I was on my lunch break from work.. I will not be visiting this location for a while.. To be the newest location in Merrillville, i was totally disappointed with how things appeared overall...👎🏾

I pay for extra topping cause they will literally give u 4 pieces of meat and they give me someone else’s order . It’s really frustrating to use mobile ordering for the convenience of it and not to overly explain and somehow my order still isn’t right and the kids they have working lack manors

Got home and opened my bag of chips and they look like store bought tortilla chips that got thrown in a Chipotle bag, and they taste like they’ve been sitting for a week. I love Chipotle, but this has to be my worst experience at one.

Then, while my food was being prepared, the employee making my order skipped over me to assist the next customer. To make matters worse, he proceeded to put items on my bowl that I did not request. The customer service was disappointing from start to finish. There was no acknowledgment, no apology, and not even a simple “thank you.” As a paying customer, I expect a clean environment and basic courtesy. Based on this experience, I do not feel this location deserves any more of my hard-earned money.
