They also REFUSE to give you fresh queso. Literally just canceled my order cause the queso was crusty and at the bottom of the pan. The girl told me she ABSOLUTELY HAS to sell old crusty cheese. Completely unacceptable. Also, my prior review was deleted so you're basically hiding the truth but I will now be posting on every account

Whoever put dried up rice in my Burrito knew it was a pick up order. They assumed I didn't intend to eat it inside the restaurant so they would never have a face to face confrontation with the person who got the Burrito wit the crusty dried up rice. I did eat inside but didn't give the manager a heads up about the food quality. If they want you to trust them with making your food when they are not being watched they need to make some changes.

As a business owner myself, I understand how difficult it can be working alongside other people, and managing to find some semblance of patience and consideration. But, the vulgarity, the lack of leadership, and the utter disregard for effective communication that Heath exhibited on my last visit left me feeling particularly unsettled. He literally cursed at one of the other employees, publicly ridiculed her, and made a scene— unnecessarily. It was devoid of tact; it was insensitive; it was a poor reflection of what it means to supervise/manage. My heart goes out to the young woman who remained calm amid his crude, snarky tirade.
