  We went to Charleys Philly Steaks at the SouthLake Mall. We got to the counter at 5:25pm. We were told we could only order Fries and a drink. They weren't making Phillys anymore because they were closing in 35 minutes. Very disappointing. Not sure what they are doing for the last 35 minutes of the day. Would not recommend.

  said was on lunch break for 30 minutes had us waiting for an hour said many times “excuse me” “can i order” even after an hour couldn’t even get food wouldn’t even answer me and I knew someone was there. Horrible service
