    I was at that location on Sunday June 28 between12:30 pm and 1:00 pm I ordered a regular steaks filly cheese the woman who was at the register took my order and din t give me any recipe I didn t ask for it because I was the only guess at that time the cook took my food of my hands very agresive ask me for the recip I told her the. cashier didn t give one maybe she didn’t register my order I ask for a refound and. They refused to give me my money back This is a very unpleasant experience for a terrible Customer service to the customer who does not deserve be treated for this people should not be Working in a company that I believe has a good reputation because those bad employees that make look very bad this restaurant chain hoop thus not happening to a nobody

    I ordered food an hour before I needed to pick it up and when I got to the store the order wasn’t ready and they had a sign up that said be back in 30 minutes. I work in the mall and only get 30 minutes for my lunch break. No option on the app to get a refund or anything.

    Love the food, but the employees like to hide at about 2 hours before the place closes until closing. Came in an hour and a half before closing last time and got told they were closed; put in an online order and they made it. This time, I did an online order off the bat. It was accepted.. but when I got there, the grill was on, the cash register was on, but no one was there. I paid $23.29 for my food man please stop hidingđź’” the website says my food is ready, but shockingly enough, my food is in fact not ready. I tried calling the number listed, too. All I got were weird broken computer sounds every time I called. Really frustrating.
