How are you in walking distance to a large apartment complex and many homes to children(ice cream) & adults(caffeine) or whatever one wants and your dining area is never open. Oh, not to mention survey codes or the store number does not work when try to complete surveys which rises my suspension, is this a real store? But what I am seeing with the line up of many other restaurants or fast food establishments, their doing what they please. It's not about customer service anymore only a paycheck.

Any time you go here, you'll ask for a certain flavor of ice cream and they'll never have it. And it's not because it's a busy location where product just sells out. It's usually pretty dead there. So you get the impression that they didn't even order it or it's in some back freezer somewhere and they were like, "Nahh, I'm not wasting my time putting that out today." It's so bad, in fact, that I finally just gave up and stopped going to this location. I got tired of hearing flavors weren't available and then being in the drive-thru trying to figure out which flavor to ask for next. I just basically told myself to pretend this place doesn't exist and to just go to either the location on US 30 or the one in Griffith.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
