  Placed a mobile order on the App at approx 8:18pm. Arrived at McDonald's at 8:23pm. Went through the drive through which had no cars in line. When I pulled to the window the employee said pull ahead after giving me my receipt. I waited for 15 min for some one to bring out my food. I went inside to see if they forgot my order. I was greatest by a young man that said did we leave something off your order? I said no I would like to get my order. He put part of my order in the bag then said if you would like to wait will get the rest of right out. So I waited untill 8:49pm to get my order. This seem pretty unacceptable to me. As I was waiting in the lobby I started to really question my decision to stop there was trash on the floor and it looked like the floor hand been mopped in quite some time.

  We ordered two quarter pounders with cheese, one big mac with fries and drinks. The drive through was crawling at best. Once we got to the window, they took our money and then we sat until there was a numbered parking spot open for curbside delivery. This McDonald's, in Memphis Indiana, is notorious for their slow service.This reputation has been with them for years and still exist. WOW!

  The cashier was sweet but after that it went to hell. This company has made the fish smaller and it's obvious. The fries were hard.I blame all of this on the McDonald's franchise due to greed.You want to make up the money you lose by giving employees good wages so smaller sandwiches would do it.

  Terrible customer service, or complete lack of. This place needs to be shut down. Stood at the counter for over 5min. And multiple employees didn't even acknowledge my existence.
