Josh and I went through the drive-thru and ordered two #2s, but accidentally received two #1s. We didn’t realize it until we got home. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the food—I just don’t like the cheese sauce and red sauce that come on the Beef ’n Cheddar.
I’ll admit, I was a little hangry when I called. 😂 But the young man who answered was so kind, polite, and apologetic that I couldn’t even be upset. He took my name and told me to stop by anytime, and they’d gladly replace my sandwich.
This is our local Arby’s, and the employees are always friendly. I really appreciate the great customer service and the way they made things right. That’s why we keep coming back!

I was kinda disappointed for once. Normally Arby's does pretty good. But today there was so many mistakes by the staff. The curly fries have clearly been sitting for a long time. They were horrible. My dog wouldn't eat them. I ordered a roast beef sandwich no bun. Simple right. Just the meat. I got the bun. I asked for horsey sauce she even messed that up giving me Arby's sauce. So I couldn't eat my sandwich. The poppers were ok but still not fresh. And to top it off most of the soda machine choices were out. I won't be returning to this one.

They were so fast I didn’t even finish filling my fountain drink before my food was ready. 10/10 service.

Great place to stop for food on our drive. I think the man’s name who took our order was Brandon, and he really went above and beyond to serve our family (we have two toddlers 🫠) so well! Also the restaurant was very clean, well stocked, etc.
