  I went to pick up a DoorDash order at 11:12 pm. There were several other drivers waiting for orders, but I waited. Store employees never really spoke to or acknowledged the drivers. At 12.20, I went in the lobby and asked about my order. It was only then the worker said ,” I can’t make this order we are out of chicken and beef”. I had to drop the run after waiting for an hour. The staff didn’t care that I missed out on money because I waited, and they kept taking DoorDash orders because they tried to send me there 2 more times. Rude employees, bad business, bad company

  The kitchen dining was full of trash, there was trash in the parking lot, trash on the tables. The soda fountain area was soaked with spilled soda and discarded cups and cup lids. They were out of sauces and when asked for them, the employees laughed and said well maybe we don’t have any. The service was awful. We waited about 20-25 mins for our food, 3 items and it was not busy at all, no one in the drive thru or in the dining area. There was one man in front of us just waiting on a large drink for 15 minutes. When given our order, it was thrown to us across the table, we asked for our drink cups and the employee stated, what do you need? A cup ? Then it was given to us with attitude. This is a new Taco Bell, this should not be a review that is written for a NEW Taco Bell!!! Do better, truly. Learn customer service and attention to detail, learn to be proud of where you work and the services you provide.

  This store has repeatedly deprioritized my mobile and delivery orders. They will bump themdown the priority list even after arrival, in favor of orders placed in store. Also, the music is often far too loud.

  Waited 15 minutes at order box, for someone just to take my order. Food was cold and tasteless.

  Always great and fast service here, I do mobile drive thru orders and it never takes longer than 5 minutes to get my order! They have very nice staff, I love this location
