I placed an order online for pickup. When I got there there was one other person waiting to pick up an order. It took 10 minutes and a line of people to pickup their orders before I was even acknowledged. The girl who was filling the orders asked my name- no smile, no hello, no how can I help you- gave me my order, then told me to wait because she thought I might be missing a bowl. She then asked me to check my order to make sure I had everything or she would check it for me. I confirmed that I had everything I ordered- did she need anything else from me? She said, “I don’t know. That’s why I told you to check your order or I would do it for you.” She then took my bag of food, rolled her eyes, mumbled as she looked through the bag, and handed the order back. When I said thank you she didn’t even acknowledge me. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I work in customer service and would never treat a paying customer that way. I won’t be going back to the location in McCordsville.

This is my go to when I don't feel like cooking. Granddaughter loves the burritos and I love the bowls along with my hubby.

I tried. I swear I did. I've ordered food from here four times (McCordsville, Indiana store) Today was the fourth and last. Nevermind the other three poor experiences. This last one was the worst of all.
I ordered the Surf and Turf bowl with some items. The first thing I noticed is the shrimp looked boiled like a cocktail shrimp. In no way was this sauteed. There were maybe five pieces. The steak was cubed and I think I had maybe 1/4 inch cubes of steak.
What was the best of the worse?
The food was COLD! Was it supposed to be served cold? I barely ate it before tossing it.
Maybe I should put it in the fridge. So if I get sick I can turn it over to the board of health for analysis.
Very terrible, horrid experience.

I’m never using their drive though again. I ordered online for an easy pick up at the window. When I got there no one was at the window so I waited patiently until someone came. It was about two minutes but they were busy so I didn’t mind at first. A employee came to the window and asked my name I gave it and he left. About a minute later he came back and asked if my order was under ___ name. I corrected him and he left again. A few minutes later a different employee came and asked what my order’s name was. I repeated myself and he left. No one came back for ten minutes. At this point there’s a line of four cars behind me and the lady in the car behind me is furious. One of the workers on the grill, who has been cooking the whole time I’ve been there and is frustrated at my lack of service flags down a third worker and sends her to me. She comes and asks for my name and I give it again. She leaves and the first employee comes back to ask the name on the order again. Not even acknowledging that I’ve been here for fifteen minutes or that he asked for my name twice already. This time he finally hands me my food. I understand being busy but three different employees not being capable of handling an order that was placed thirty minutes prior and leaving me at the window for that long was unacceptable. The only positive to come out of this experience is the free chips and queso for my birthday.
