  We’ve been to this place since I was a teenager. Always had good pizza and good service. Today was first time since the new management took over. Pizza was not nearly as good as it was prior and most of all the service was shocking. I ordered carry out and when I went to pick it up the gal at the register rang it up and I swiped my card. She slapped the signature slips down in front of me and of course there is a spot for a tip. I gave a smaller tip than I normally do as this is carry out after all , she is not waiting on me as a waitress. She looks at the slip then walks to the back of the restaurant and starts drinking a soda. Doesn’t get my order, nothing. After a few moments another employee notices me standing there and asks me if I’m there to pick up a carry out order. I give him my name and he grabs my order. He starts to ring it up again and I show him my receipt and tell him I’d already paid. He turns and looks right at the girl and says to me ok, have a nice night. She was upset that she didn’t get a bigger tip so she refused to give me my food! Wow!

  Love this place! If you go during the pizza buffet, you can ask them to make a specialty pizza

  Highly recommend Mr. Gatti’s for your next pizza meal. The pies are top tier delicious, the service is excellent, and the ambiance is an old school pizza parlor feel. Do not miss this hidden gem! We got the Sicilian with meat, the buffet, salad, and s’mores pie. All were incredible! Worth the drive, no matter where you are coming from!

  Delicious! Get their apple fruit pie/pizza omg.. you'll thank me. Not a fan of the buffet though. Get the pizza to go and eat it in the vehicle. Lol. I don't understand where the buffet Pizza tastes different but it just tastes way better when you get it to go. When I tried the buffet here I'm just a plain cheese or pepperoni pizza person and the whole time I was there you couldn't request any pizzas because people requested too many or whatever it was so the whole time I was there I had to pick toppings off so I'm not a big fan of doing that in a public place it's kind of gross I don't want my fingers to get all nasty. But with a buffet you would think that there be at least a cheese or pepperoni pizza but the hour and 20 minutes that we were there there we're none. But that's not their fault and that's why I'm just telling you to get it to go. :)
