I was super excited to give our new Dunkin in Martinsville Indiana a try and that excitement turn into pure disappointment. Crescent was overly cooked, potatoes under cooked and the snack bacon was normal bacon with pepper on it. The establishment was busy however not enough seating and I took it on myself to wash the only three tables with napkins and a bottle of water because the tables were gross, one of them had spilled coffee all over it and after countless people not being able to sit there after a good half hour I cleaned it. Trash was overflowing and people were starting to set thier trash on the floor. Staff had no idea how to work as a team, a lot of chaos, mostly spanish being spoken between staff, some employees didn't know how to communicate in English and the employees who were able to communicate in English were rude and just wanted to get people out of their establishment. I speak Spanish and Portuguese and some of the comments being made between staff members were highly uncalled for, using slang/curse words while laughing at customers because of the way the look is simply disrespectful, as if staff felt like nobody could understand what was being said. The entire experience stunk and has absolutely made me not want to come back. Lastly, the doughnuts, at least the one I purchased were thrown on top of one another in a back and were a complete mess, not to mention did not taste very good, I gave them to my dogs. If you give this establishment a Go, I fair you have a better experience than we did. Perhaps I'll try again in a month or so to see if anything has been improved. Also, the menu signs were on but not working, there was no menu to look at, so when you visit, make sure you know what you want to order before going in or you'll be like all the other customers huddled to the side looking up the menu on their phones.
