  My wife and I stopped in a couple of weeks ago. walked up to the counter, ordered our food, and I was told their carbonator wasn’t working and all there was to drink, lemonade, water, and HC. They didn’t tell me this until I asked for cups to fill my drink. The least they could’ve done was tell me before I ordered. store was dirty. Tables were not clean probably will never go back. They did refund me, however it is a poor way to run a fast food chain.

  This Arby’s in Martinsville is one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve been to. The food was fresh hot & tastes great. Customer Service was awesome.

  Waited like 15 mins for someone to come take care of the 5 cars waiting at the to-go speaker 😑 then when we finally get up to put in are order we are put on another 10 min wait at that point we just left and went to Taco Bell 😂 wasn’t even that busy there was maybe 4-5 cars in the parking lot half prob being employee cars
