    Got all the way home and they had forgot my 10 piece from the world cup meal for my daughter was pretty salty try to call store didn't hear anything

    Little Indian girl that works the window is very rude. I asked for an extra bag and she rolled her eyes, handed it to me and shut the window in my face. The second time she practically threw my order at me and slammed the window in my face again. How are you going to have lousy, old, stale food AND disrespectful workers?

    Asked for no ice because I don’t believe in the corporate scheme of it. Which is designed to skimp customers on what they pay for. Not to mention studies show that there’s so much bacteria in that ice. Today a manager told me without ice this is what I get… a drink not even filled… ridiculous. Nearly a $5 drink where I was told I was given more liquid than I should have received on top of it all. So you mean to tell me that half of my drink is ice now, for $5??? We also ordered a Diet Coke and received no straw for it. Ordered fries and got them so cold there was heat coming off them at all. Which is normal for this location, but it was the final straw that set me off today. As a past manager of Mc Donald’s who’s gone through the ranks of shift manager, kitchen department and people department manager, I know what gold quality standard is… and none of what happened today was that… The supervisors excuse was that they don’t provide straws for the refreshers. I asked: “you don’t provide them for diet cokes now either”?!? Her response was: “you never told me you had a Diet Coke”! No apologies, just snark, mockery amd quoting “policy” over creating a “golden moment”. She then demanded the cold fries back and refused to give me hot fries until I did so like some hostage exchange. When I know for a fact food safety prohibits taking back food! No one washed their hands after handling my fries either, which further violates food safety. There were also no hair restraints for kitchen staff, so employees hair can just fall into the food. The supervisor was a total waste of space for this establishment and is the exact reason why the management and crew are so poorly trained at this location. Customers shouldn’t have to come in and demand hot fries or straws, after going through the drive through. Which we never got the straws, ever, not even when we asked for them. None of the employees wore name tags and the first “manager” I spoke to was wearing crew trainer uniform instead of a dress shirt and tie. This location has been steadily going down hill for years which is why I hardly show up at this location. Today I had the mistake of showing up here again. Which I was told that “if I’m unhappy I should go somewhere else” by the SUPERVISOR... The management doesn’t care about customer satisfaction and they don’t try to create golden moments. Absolutely disgusting representation of Mc Donald’s.

    There's a girl there named dynah, heard around our school about her and especially not to go to the McDonald's drive through when she's working because she will loudly complain about you and immediately make a McDonald's trip into a hostile environment. If you're a customer she doesn't like aswell or if she just finds her doing her job irritating she will take it out on you! (People's mother's, family, coworkers multiple encounters..multiple.. all avoid because of this girl who can't keep a friendly attitude at her job..?) I wouldnt have believed the stories I've been hearing around for a few months now until tonight. She was at the window and loudly stated 'its SARA...I'm not handing it to her. Someone else do it her face irriates me" Even though we go to the same school we have not interacted.. so she made a comment on my appearance. At a establishment where it's suppose to promote how friendly the service is, and the countless horror stories I've heard from people unrelated to anything about younger people. It is insane that she would still be employed here. How people would rather go downtown than the north one because they don't want to have horrible service. If not fire her, then why keep her around people? Is management not training her correctly or is it that they simply don't care? Why can't simple expectations not be met? I'm sorry to those that will encounter her in the future and also ruin your view of this place. I didn't believe the countless stories I heard until now. And when I got my food.. it was a mess inside the bag by how rash and careless it was handed to me!! Unfortunate that I had to find out by first hand. Have to warn my grandmother Incase she asks for a straw and it sets her off,, how this hasn't been handled yet by management.. I can't out my finger on it. I will be submitting a formal complaint, doubt anything will be done by others also saying they complained. but this was definitely a bad experience, wrote this out for the many dozens who also relate to this experience.
