  You get plenty for your money here, the food was delicious, and what really made our visit stand out was the guy working the register was exceptional! He was prompt, kind, and even gave our son an extra 10% discount off his meal for graduating that day! Five stars all the way

  Kayla & Will were very welcoming. Made our lunch date spectacular. Food was served hot which i really appreciate. No complaints.

  Zoey F truly went above and beyond. She was polite, pleasant, and attentive the entire time. She brought crayons for our grandchildren, added cheese to our baked spaghetti, and even delivered breadsticks right to our table without us having to ask or go up to the counter. I know that might sound like she was just doing what’s expected—but honestly, I wish this level of service was the norm everywhere. Experiences like this really stand out.

  We enjoyed our meal thoroughly Dallas was our server very polite very courteous spoke clearly attended our table picked up our plates that was the best service that I have ever received at Fazoli's in the dining room. I observed him as he worked the dining room with other guests and he treated everyone respectfully courteous polite dress clean proper uniform. I think Dallas needs to be your employee of the month!! We will definitely be back and we hope to see Dallas again and Lisa in the kitchen.
