  I went to seven brew for the first time to celebrate the last day of summer school. I had never been there so didn’t know what I wanted or even the options. I was frustrated that the only menu they had was located on a flat, reflective tv screen past the point of pickup. The servers came to my car and asked me to order but I didn’t even know what the options were so I told them I had to wait to see the menu. They were very polite about it. When I did pull up the glare made it hard to read. I saw mango and pineapple listed on the flavor sheet so I said I wanted “a mango and pineapple drink”. The servers were kind and walked me through the options and I got a lemonade. It was nice, although a little strong. The servers were the heroes of the day and made it a pleasant experience. I do wish they had a menu a bit further back for people like me who don’t go out for drinks daily but want to feel comfortable trying new things on special occasions.

  I love this 7 brew! Hands down the best service! I swear they have the best ppl working! Especially Katie! She always has a smile on her face, always knows your order and is always a vibe! Hands down the best! She makes the experience even more wonderful and then you get the best drinks ever!

  I had been going all weekend, I went this morning at 1pm, (Tuesday) the guy who took my order had no idea what he was doing, but I gave him grace for that. When I got my drink handed to me , it was all layers. Flavor at the bottom, then the shots, then the milk, before they handed it to me, I said can I have it stirred. The boy turned around and asked for it to be stirred and she said no I’m not stirring that. This is the shift lead that is making the drinks. So I drove up a little bit so I could see her and I said “you won’t stir my drink? “ She said “no I’m not stirring your drink. You can shake the cup.“And I asked her again you won’t my drink? “ And she yelled “I’m not stirring your drink. You can drive away now.” So I paid for a five dollar drink. Didn’t even get my drink. And was treated very rude by someone they call their shift lead. Most of the employees there are teenagers. She was a grown Adult. I ran a coffee shop for over 10 years. I wasn’t asking for her to do anything crazy. Just simply stir my drink so I could drink it. I will not be going back to that location. If I was that girl manager, she would be fired. She should not be in charge of that place nor dealing with people. She ruined my drink and my day.
