  Update: customer service reached out and gave me 1 free drink to apologize Ordered 2 large sweet and salty hot order was repeated back correctly. Was presented 2 cold drinks. Then when informing staff of mistake the gal acted put out and had to check with order taker if that was really the case. Then she brought out 2 small hot drinks. When I asked if those were the large ones she said yes then again looked very annoyed and turned around. She returned with two large cups in insufficient time for the drinks to have been remade so idk what was added to the small hot drinks originally brought out but the two large drinks I finally wound up with do not taste like what I usually get. Between the attitude of a dirty mop in a bucket and the poor quality of service provided I will not return to this location. Tldr: poor service with bad attitudes and poor quality product provided.

  Courtney SAVED THE DAY! We actually stopped at another location on our way out of town to get my wife her signature jackpot day goodie on our way home from the lake this weekend and they were sadly all out. So we stopped in here at this location as a last ditch effort before we headed home where we don’t have a 7Brew location close by and were able to secure the goods. Courtney came up to our window, greeted us as if we were old time friends, she heard our situation and took care of us like we were family. Give this girl a raise! Her customer service was personable and welcoming. The location was nice and clean and the rest of the staff all had smiles on as we made our way through the line. We always have great product when we come to a 7Brew but we keep coming back because of people like Courtney and the experiences the staff gives us like this one.

  My only complaint is the staff stand around and talk to friends/family and the wait is longer due to this. I come here before work and I’m afraid I’m going to have to choose another option.

  It seems to be alittle slower and not as super friendly as it was when it 1st opened, not sure if they have over worked them, or if its new staff, alot of different faces, or the the north store took the mojo
