  This location needs to just close up, they never answer the phone and they never have help that you can dine in, I can literally run a location with 3 people its not hard ! If you can't provide customer service and dine in just give up !!!!! Ridiculous

  1 star – Do NOT eat here if you value your time or your health Went to the Madison, IN Pizza Hut around 4pm on July 9th and it was a complete joke. Walk in the door and there’s a “Please wait to be seated” sign. For what? TWO employees in the whole place and ZERO wait staff. This isn’t a sit-down restaurant, it’s counter service like McDonald’s. Take the stupid sign down and put up “Order at the cashier” so customers aren’t standing around like idiots. Ordered 2 personal pan pizzas — sausage, green peppers, onions — and a Large Diet Pepsi no ice. Paid at the counter. No table service, so no tip. That’s how it works. The real garbage happened after I ate. My CGM starts alerting that my blood sugar is tanking. I go back in 20 minutes later to buy a Regular Pepsi from the fountain. Suddenly I’m told “the fountain isn’t working.” REALLY? Because 20 minutes earlier you poured my Diet Pepsi from that SAME fountain into a to-go cup. So it magically broke in 20 minutes? Or are you just refusing to serve me because I didn’t tip for counter service? They FORCED me to buy a bottled Regular Pepsi for more money. By then two more employees had magically appeared. I ask again about the fountain and get a “nope” with a smug smirk. And to top it off, they made me stand there while my sugar was crashing waiting for one guy to finish counting the register. You have multiple POS terminals for call-ins and deliveries. Use one of them. This was a medical situation and you treated it like a joke. Petty, rude, dishonest staff. Lying to a customer’s face about the fountain being broken when you literally served me from it minutes before. Making someone with a medical issue wait because you’re mad about tips you didn’t earn. I’ll never spend another dollar here. Corporate needs to retrain this entire store. Fix your lying staff and your misleading signage.Pizza Hut
