  Just try the new buffalo chicken wrap today and it was amazing! The staff is awesome. They took my order perfectly and they were so nice. Thank you Madison Jimmy Johns you all are amazing. I look forward to coming in the future.

  The Caesar wrap is hands down my favorite thing on the menu, and this location always does a great job with it. Hunter was especially helpful during my last visit. he was welcoming, quick, and made sure everything was right with my order. The food was great and the service was great. :)

  I really wish the sandwiches would be more consistent. Some days, they're really good and made well and other days, you can tell they're just thrown together with not a care in the world.

  I ordered 2 Beach Clubs with no lettuce and no tomato. 1 of those clubs I asked for the avocado on the side. When I finally got back to Osgood 30 minutes later, they left the turkey off the one club for my grandma who just wanted the avocado on the side because she didn't know if she would like it or not.

  I hate that I like Jimmy John’s food so much because I’m really tired of my order being wrong. I guess I’ll have to start checking the food prior to the delivery driver leaving or leaving the drive thru. -Wasn’t cut as requested -No onions requested extra -Only 3 Jimmy peppers on the whole sandwich
